How to find the correct review URL to send your customers to.

In essence, this works for any public review site. The URL you require is the URL where you would write a review. Below are some examples to get the exact URLs for certain platforms.

Google

Creating a Google Review Link for Your Business:

  1. Google Your Business: Start by searching for your company’s name on Google.
  2. Access Reviews: Select “Google reviews” to open the review dialog.
  3. Initiate Review: In the pop-up, click on “Write a review.”
  4. Get Link: Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.

If your business isn’t listed on Google Maps, add it through the Google Business page.

Trustpilot

Creating a Trustpilot Review Link for Your Business:

  1. Search on Trustpilot: Visit the Trustpilot website, search for your company and navigate to your company page. (If your business isn’t listed, register it on Trustpilot free.)
  2. Start Review: Click on “Write a review.”
  3. Copy Link: Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. E.g https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/withfaye.com

This simplifies the process of directing customers to review your business on Trustpilot.
