How to automate review requests

Leap customers on the Premium plan can benefit from Automated review requests.

This can be triggered after an order is shipped, a service is completed, an invoice is paid and so on.

You simply need to post at least an email address to the webhook and leap will handle everything else.

The webhook and key are showing in your account.

You can either use a platform like Zapier or to setup the automation. Alternatively, you can integrate this directly in your website or app.

Manually integrate with Leap

You will need to POST to the Webhook URL found in your account.

The POST should contain a header of ‘key’ followed by your key as the value.

The Content-Type should be set to multipart/form-data

The accepted form data values are:

  • email
  • name
  • days

email is the only required value.

name is blank by default.

days are set to 0 by default. Accept value 0-60. For example if a value of 10 is passed, the invite will be queued and sent 10 days after the POST being received.
